1. Fees and Refund policy

1.1) All course fees must be paid in advance for one-time purchase courses. Similarly, monthly subscription courses must also be paid in advance at the start of each monthly cycle.

1.2) Refund requests can be submitted through LMS within 7 days of purchase. No refund applications will be accepted after this period, regardless of course usage.

1.3) In case of course failure, a student may repeat the same course by paying 50% of the listed fee within 6 months of initial enrollment, subject to:

• At least 75% of course videos previously watched
• All tests and mock exams attempted
• Proof of failure must be provided

2. Scholarships and Discounts

2.1) Performance-based discounts will be applied in the next session upon submission of verified exam results:

2.2) Courses purchased under performance-based discounts are not eligible for freeze, deferrals, transfers, and/or refunds.

3. Course Transfer policy

3.1) Course transfer requests must be submitted through LMS.

3.2) Course fees cannot be transferred to any other registered student.

3.3) Fees may be transferred to another course within the same program and exam session, within 7 days of purchase of the course, by paying any applicable fee difference.

3.4) For repeaters, fees may be transferred to the failed course within 7 days of the result announcement.

3.5) Promotional courses are not eligible for transfer.

4. Conduct and Disciplinary Actions

4.1) Misconduct or inappropriate behaviour toward classmates or instructors, either in a live online class or in a WhatsApp class, will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

4.2) Plagiarism in any submitted work will lead to termination of mentoring and course access.

5.2) Technical Issues/Formal Complaints: Submit via the LMS support system

5.3) All queries will be addressed within 3 working days.

6. Copyright Notice

6.1) All videos and study material provided by APEX IBF are protected under copyright law. No content may be downloaded, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Usage Policy

7.1) By registering, you authorise APEX IBF to share your details with relevant examining bodies (e.g., ACCA, ICAP, University of London, etc.) for result verification purposes.
